My passion is Astronomy, my profession is Real Estate Investing and Entrepreneurship. I have given several talks on both subjects over the years. I am a former president of Toastmasters, former president of the Memphis Investors Group (MIG)- the Memphis Real Estate Investing (REIA) organization, and current active board member of the Memphis Astronomical Society (MAS). I hold 2 master’s degrees from Mississippi State University- Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) and Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
I’m one of the few who has successfully transitioned from a corporate J.O.B. to independent entrepreneur. And I want to share my journey along this path with you- the knowledge I’ve gained, experience I’ve had, people I’ve met, seminars I’ve attended, and setbacks, failure, and pain I’ve experienced. We’ve entered a new era where people of all ages, young and old, have the opportunity to brand themselves and share their passions with the world. I want to help you achieve that goal.

I’m just like you- I went to school, studied hard, earned degrees, got a job, worked, made money, and then woke up one day and realized I was doing it all wrong. At 32 I started over, I read “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” and realized I needed to take control of my financial future by becoming an entrepreneur. I decided that real estate would be my vehicle for wealth creation and I bought my first investment property and haven’t looked back.
Since then, I’ve bought and sold hundreds of properties in my local market and become an active member of my local real estate association. I’ve helped hundreds of investors around the world build their real estate asset portfolios with solid cash flowing properties, and I can do the same for you! The real estate market is RED HOT right now, and we’ve all been waiting for the time. But, regardless of the market, the time is NOW to start acquiring real estate as a critical component of your wealth building strategy.
